BI Solution Architect

Responsibilities

Own end to end technical solutions for BI projects
Provide technical leadership in project delivery across analysis, design, development, test and deployment
Perform business requirement gathering and analysis with business stakeholders and convert those requirements in to design specifications.
Lead design, integration and reporting effort
Identify risks and issues in project delivery and provide mitigation plans and resolutions
Conduct technical review sessions
Participate in future RFI and RFP

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, software engineering
7+ years' experience in designing end to end solutions for large BI systems/data warehouse
5+ years' experience in data modeling with Oracle and Teradata platforms

Responsibilities

Perform analysis on business requirements and KPI

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Perform business requirement analysis with all stakeholders
Conduct solution architecting workshops with business users and define the functional requirements for the SAP BW system Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations
Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement
Configure the SAP BW system to meet the business requirements

Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities

Participate in technical incident calls to restore service related to application and infrastructure problems in production environments. These might involve code changes, troubleshooting and correcting/optimizing batch jobs
Provide advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems
Coordinates and collaborates with application development, DBA, QA teams, offshore resources, data center operations staff and management personnel, to fulfill the production support requirements of the job
Research, report and correct any quality assurance issues arising during ticket resolution
Responsible for internal communications to business partners and related support organizations with respect to impact, time to restoration, and event summary updates
Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for production ticket resolution
Provide support across organizations in regards to automation, application go-live and business continuity processes
