BI Solution Architect

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end technical solutions for BI projects
  • Provide technical leadership in project delivery across analysis, design, development, test and deployment
  • Perform business requirement gathering and analysis with business stakeholders and convert those requirements in to design specifications.

Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical incident calls to restore service related to application and infrastructure problems in production environments. These might involve code changes, troubleshooting and correcting/optimizing batch jobs
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems
  • Coordinates and collaborates with application development, DBA, QA teams, offshore resources, data center operations staff and management personnel, to fulfill the production support requirements of the job
  • Research, report and correct any quality assurance issues arising during ticket resolution
